Generate Adds Chris Pollack and Will Lowery to Growing Management Division

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ — Generate (www.generatela.com), the independent production studio and management company, today announced it has hired Chris Pollack and Will Lowery to join its growing management division and diversify its client base.

“Chris and Will are great additions to our management division, which has expanded to eight managers and an office in New York in three years,” said Jordan Levin, CEO of Generate. “Chris and Will’s combined experience representing writers and directors further diversifies our talent roster of screenwriters, producers, filmmakers, actors and comedians, while their understanding of production and working with brands make them natural fits with our model of developing cross-platform entertainment properties.”

Chris Pollack joins Generate from running his own independent management firm. Chris works with a roster of senior television writers, reality producers and feature directors from popular network series including ABC’s Lost and VH-1 celeb-reality hits Flavor of Love and Rock of Love. Previously Chris spent five years in original programming at Showtime. He began his career in advertising, producing national spots for brands including Honda, Acura, Taco Bell, American Century and AM/PM.

As a creative executive and literary manager at Underground Films, Will Lowery managed a list of talented filmmakers and screenwriters behind a series of successful genre projects including the Saw franchise, The Masters of Horror series, House on Haunted Hill for Dark Castle, Last House on the Left for New Line and Like Minds for the Weinstein Company.

Generate Management operates in both Los Angeles and New York and is led by Partners Kara Welker, Dave Rath and Jared Hoffman. The team also includes recently-promoted VP of Talent Andy Corren and managers Anne Hong and Mitchell Parness.
