Bright Horizons Named One of FORTUNE's '100 Best' for 10th Time

WATERTOWM, Mass., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Bright Horizons Family Solutions, the world's leading provider of employer-sponsored child care, early education, and work/life solutions, announced today that for the tenth time it has been named to FORTUNE magazine's list of "The 100 Best Companies to Work For." Each year, two-thirds of the total score for the FORTUNE "100 Best Companies to Work For" list comes from responses to a random employee survey, measuring such things as employee attitudes toward management, job satisfaction, and camaraderie within the organization. The remaining one-third of the score is based on an evaluation of each company's demographic makeup, benefits and compensation programs, and culture. Companies are scored in four areas: credibility (communication to employees), respect (opportunities and benefits), fairness (compensation, diversity), and pride/camaraderie (philanthropy, celebrations).
