MWW Group Promotes Alissa Blate To Lead Agency's Global Consumer Marketing Practice and Matthew Rose To Lead the Global Corporate Communications Practice

Matthew Della Croce Promoted to General Manager of MWW Group's New York City Office

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- MWW Group, (www.mww.com), one of the nation's top ten public relations firms, today announced that Alissa Blate will head the firm's global consumer marketing practice and that Matthew Rose will head the global corporate communications practice. Additionally, Matthew Della Croce, deputy general manager of the firm's New York City office, has been named general manager of that office.

Blate, an executive vice president based in the firm's East Rutherford headquarters, joined MWW Group in 1997. In her role as Director of Consumer Lifestyle Marketing at MWW Group, Blate has led many of the agencies most prominent consumer marketing engagements, including its work for Samsung, Nikon, McDonalds and Bank of America. Blate specializes in helping consumer-facing organizations achieve bottom-line business objectives by focusing on audience-specific communications to create critical mass for their brands.

Rose, an executive vice president and former general manager of MWW Group's New York City office, joined the agency in 2003. Rose specializes in corporate reputation management, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility and financial transactions. His work on behalf of MWW Group clients has ranged from developing an industry-leading environmental responsibility initiative for Samsung and serving as crisis communications counsel for JetBlue, to managing external communications around executive transitions, CSR initiatives and multi-billion dollar acquisitions for Sun Microsystems.

Della Croce joined MWW Group in 2008 as a senior vice president and deputy general manager of the New York City office, bringing 18-years experience supporting major global brands, including JPMorgan Chase, ExxonMobil and UPS, and managing large communications team. Della Croce came to MWW Group from Phase IV Health & Performance Center, a California-based wellness/fitness start-up, where he was president. Prior to that, Della Croce served as executive vice president and director of corporate and U.S. financial communications for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide.
