TEMIS Exceeds Revenue Targets for 2008

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, January 29 /PRNewswire/ — TEMIS, leader in
Text Analytics solutions for the Enterprise, today announced its consolidated
non-audited financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008.
TEMIS achieved 2008 revenue above $9 million, compared to its previous
financial year of $6.3 million, reflecting an overall growth of 44% and
over-achieving the company’s objectives. Software license revenue rose by 73%
in 2008 to now represent 71% of TEMIS global revenue, including maintenance.

TEMIS reports an average growth over the past three years of 35% per year
and thus confirms its position as the #1 Text Analytics Independent Software
Vendor.

of our four business units (Media & Publishing, Life Sciences, Enterprise and
Homeland Security) over-achieved its target thanks to the trust of

TEMIS Inc., the US subsidiary, signed new prestigious customers among
which Elsevier Health Science, EMC Documentum, The McGraw-Hill Companies, and

the Life Sciences vertical, helping leading corporations like BASF, Bayer
Shering Pharma, Boehringer Ingelheim, Merck KGaA, and Roche Diagnostics
