Our focus is to help create a balanced lifestyle that will contribute to a woman's long-term physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth regardless of what stage she is in, while continuously boosting her self-confidence.

About Fristers: Fristers is a local organization geared toward helping teen moms. When teenagers choose to parent, many lose the support of their family and friends. Many drop out of school and depend on welfare and other assistance programs. Their choices in life seem to be few and they can become depressed and feel hopeless. Fristers addresses the needs of these young moms and offers them hope for their future. Fristers empowers young moms for life, sharing education, community resources, tools and real life stories to build them up and equip them to be self-sufficient women and moms. www.fristers.org
