ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ — On or about January 26, 2009 Eric Bauman and
Neil Bauman filed claims against ZVUE Corporation, a Delaware corporation, in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, seeking payment for unpaid salaries. On or about January 29, 2009, ZVUE Corporation commenced legal action against Eric’s Universe, Inc.,
Eric Bauman and
Neil Bauman in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, for various matters related to the performance of certain obligations. These litigation matters are currently pending.
On January 30, 2009,
Eric Bauman and
Neil Bauman resigned from their positions as President and Vice President, respectively, of eBaum’s World, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZVUE Corporation. On January 30, 2009, ZVUE Corporation terminated all other Rochester-based employees and transitioned all business operations of eBaum’s World formerly conducted at the Rochester, New York office to ZVUE Corporation’s San Francisco offices.
