Sheridan leaving ‘Desperate Housewives’

Nicollette Sheridan’s publicist has confirmed the British-born television actress is leaving the U.S. series Desperate Housewives.
Sheridan, 45, plays Edie Britt on the popular TV comedy/drama.
She had a great time on the show and is looking forward to her next project,
her representative told People magazine. Her final episode doesn’t air until April.
The publicist didn’t specify what the former Knots Landing
actress plans to do next.
The Season 5 finale of Housewives
is set air in May.
