The 43,700-square-foot expansion will bring the casino to a total of
75,600 square feet and the number of Las Vegas-style slot and gaming machines
to a total of 1,100. More importantly, the expansion will result in much
needed amenities, as gaming’s appeal and the region’s population have grown
greatly since the property opened in 1994. Seminole Casino Immokalee is the
only 24-hour gaming facility in
The new, full-service, 112-seat, New York-style 1st Street Deli will offer
patrons the option of breakfast at the casino for the first time, and will
also serve lunch and dinner daily.
Zig Zag Bar is a new, approximately 2,000-square-foot lounge designed to
be open on all sides for easy access to the adjacent casino. On one end of the
bar, a 10-by-10-square-foot stage will act as a platform for live performances
as well as an area for guest and area disc jockeys. Zig Zag Bar’s decor – as
with the entire facility – will be tribal, with accent lighting around the
soffit and in the decorative planters in a partial wall around the perimeter
of the entire lounge. Three, 40-inch plasma television screens and one,
103-inch screen at the bar will air favorite sporting events and other
entertainment.
Plans also call for a renovation of the popular 5,100-square-foot
EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill and its accompanying bar.
The new Player’s Club features seven stations for patron service at the
front counter, two plasma televisions for promotions and two built-in glass
cabinets to display Player’s Club prizes added. A second Player’s Club will be
located near the Event Pavilion to assist during peak times and for special
events. There will be four stations at that location plus three satellite
stations on wheels. As with all renovated areas of the casino, the motif and
colors are Seminole Indian-themed, with swirling and bold earth palettes of
red, yellow, black and aqua.
Two new casino host offices totaling 320 square feet with an accompanying
215-square-foot reception area adjacent to the casino will house the
destination’s newly expanded host program.
An outdoor 130-by-80-foot event pavilion seating up to 750 guests will be
used for casino VIP promotional and larger entertainment events, similar to
the Blood Sweat & Tears concert that was held on
As part of the project, approximately 400 well-lit new parking spaces are
being created on 3.7 acres of additional land, bringing the total of parking
spaces to 1,138 including 28 handicapped spaces.
