Film stars John Travolta and Kelly Preston are still coming to terms with the unexpected death of their 16-year-old son Jett last month, a source said.
Jett died Jan. 2, reportedly of a seizure, while he was vacationing with his parents and 8-year-old sister Ella in the Bahamas.
A source told People magazine Travolta and Preston have been staying close to their Ocala, Fla., home, and regrouping and pushing through the grieving process.
They are trying to grieve and return to some sort of normalcy for Ella,
the insider said. But life isn't normal without Jett.
The couple also is cooperating with an investigation concerning an alleged plot by a politician and a paramedic to extort $25 million from them shortly after Jett's death.
They were so hurt by the moochers,
the source told People. But things have calmed down. Every day it gets better.
