K's Media Signs Full Year Contract with Shanghai Advertising Ltd.

BEIJING, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- K's Media (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: KVME), a company engaged in specialized media and advertising activities in China, has signed a full year contract with Shanghai Advertising Ltd. ("Shanghai Advertising) at a projected value of RMB3,000,000 (approx. US$439,000).

Per the agreement, from December 15, 2008 until December 14, 2009, the Company will play advertisements provided by Shanghai Advertising in all of its signed business entertainment clubs between 8:00pm and 2:00am.

Founded in 1962, Shanghai Advertising is one of the top 10 advertising agencies in China and is the fully-owned subsidiary of Shanghai East Best International Group Co. Ltd. Shanghai Advertising formed a joint venture with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, an international advertising, marketing, and PR agency owned by the WPP Group. It also entered into a joint venture with Hakuhodo, the No. 2 advertising agency in Japan. Shanghai Advertising offers advertising and brand promotion services to clients such as China Telecom, HYUNDAI, and Bank of Communication.
