K's Media Signs Full Year Contract with Guangdong Advertising Ltd.

BEIJING, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- K's Media (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: KVME), a company engaged in specialized media and advertising activities in China, announced that it signed a full year contract with Guangdong Advertising Co., Ltd. Shanghai Office (Guangdong Advertising) at a projected value of RMB5,000,000 annually (approx. US$732,000).

Per the agreement, the Company will play advertisements represented by Guangdong Advertising in all signed business entertainment clubs between 8:00pm and 2:00am from January 15, 2009 to December 31, 2009. The advertisements cover a wide range of industries including automobile, banking, insurance and others.
