Roberts to produce ‘Jesus’ comedy

Actress Julia Roberts is set to produce the big-screen comedy, Jesus Henry Christ,
through her Red Om Films production company, The Hollywood Reporter said.
Based on Dennis Lee’s Student Academy Award-winning short film of the same name, the project reunites Roberts with Lee, her Fireflies in the Garden
director.
Jesus
is about a 10-year-old boy who is raised by a loving feminist single mom, but wants to find out who his father is, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.
Fireflies,
in which Roberts stars, is scheduled for theatrical release June 19. It marks Lee’s feature directorial debut.
