Collective Media Establishes Sales Team to Work Directly With Brand Advertisers

NEW YORK, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading online advertising network and technology provider, Collective Media, today announced that it has established a dedicated team of professionals to directly support and work with brand-focused advertisers. This move will provide a resource for those advertisers who do not work directly with an advertising agency.

The new advertiser-focused sales team will connect advertisers with the offerings and capabilities of the two online advertising networks under the Collective media umbrella - the Collective Network(TM), the industry's largest premium display advertising network, launched in 2005 to serve Fortune 1000 brand advertisers; and the Directive Network(TM), a performance-centric advertising network introduced last Fall to provide brand-safe online advertising solutions to advertisers with direct-response campaigns. Both networks offer semantic classification to remove any inappropriate content, providing advertisers with confidence that their campaigns are running on quality sites and in relevant contexts without compromising quality or reach.

Overseeing sales and support efforts for the direct sales team is Ken Gelb, director of sales. Gelb joins Collective Media from WFAN Sports Radio 66, where he served as new business development specialist. He was also regional vice president at Paxson Communications and director of sales at HRP, a television station representative firm. Gelb holds a Master of Science in public relations from Boston University.

In addition to Gelb, Collective Media veteran Ryan Murray has moved into this group as an account executive, drawing on his prior experience with Fox Broadcasting. Rounding out the team as additional account executives are new hires Kelly Morris and Troy Weinberg.
