DENVER, March 23 /PRNewswire/ — David Asseoff, founder and CEO of Memolink Inc., was named one of the Denver Business Journal’s Forty Under 40. The award was based on three criteria: business leadership, recognition of accomplishments and community involvement.

In 2008, Memolink was ranked 6th Best Company to Work For in ColoradoBiz Magazine’s small-to-medium company category, and made the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company list for the second consecutive year.

Memolink started as a collegiate marketing company in 1994, evolved into a loyalty Web site in 1998, survived the dot-com crash, and expanded its product range to include an online ad network and social media ad buying service. With a focus on employee development, 13 of Memolink’s top 14 positions were filled with internal promotions. The company also builds camaraderie through events like company Olympics and sports teams.

Asseoff’s loyalty extends beyond the company. “Dave’s passion and commitment to educating poor children in Cambodia have proven invaluable for our organization,” said Andrew Wolff, former Memolink employee and executive director of Children’s Future International. “He was instrumental in the formation of CFI and leads our fundraising efforts.”

Memolink continues to thrive because vendors, customers and employees are all treated with respect. “This award reinforces the underlying principles of Memolink – honesty, integrity and transparency,” said Asseoff. “Our business continues to grow because we build relationships with our customers and help them succeed.”
