Spandau Ballet choreographing comeback

Spandau Ballet, a British pop rock band that split up in 1989 after releasing several hits, is planning to reunite for a world tour, The Daily Telegraph said.

Lead singer Tony Hadley has promised a new take on the band and its music, the newspaper said. The group is best known for its 1980s classics Gold and True.

After the five members of the group went their separate ways, brothers Martin and Gary Kemp went into film and television acting.

Several pop acts from the 1980s have mounted recent comeback tours, including Take That, the Police, Blur and Michael Jackson, the Telegraph noted.
