The dining strategy would be to start with a salad and then proceed slowly to the pizza. Limit yourself to the healthier slices like the Zesty Vegetable with 130 calories and four grams of fat per slice, the Alfredo with 120 calories and 3.5 grams of fat or the Ole, which is a Mexican-inspired pie with only 110 calories and three grams of fat per slice. CiCi’s also offers a Weight Watcher pizza that is measured at only one point per piece with 100 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. The pizza measurement includes dough, sauce, tomato topping, green bell or sweet peppers, red onions, black olives, mushrooms and cheese.
