New Report By Hacker Details How To Structure A Public Health Insurance Plan That Guarantees Backup Coverage, Contains Costs, Competes With Private Insurers

WASHINGTON, April 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Health care expert Jacob Hacker will join Institute for America’s Future co-director Roger Hickey to release the first report to detail how the nation can structure and implement a public health insurance option as part of overall health care reform.
