Venture Marketing Acquired by Boundless Network

Technology-enabled branded merchandise distributor makes third acquisition in six months.

AUSTIN, Texas, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Boundless Network, (http://www.boundlessnetwork.com), a technology-enabled branded merchandise distributor, today announced the acquisition of Richmond, Va.-based distributor Venture Marketing, the company's third acquisition in the past six months.

According to CEO Jason Black, Venture Marketing is a key acquisition as Boundless Network expands its national footprint and solidifies its position as the change-agent for the advertising specialty industry.
