Get Married Media, Inc. Names Jill Meister Editor-in-Chief of GetMarried.com and Senior Supervising Producer of Get Married TV Airing on Lifetime Television

Former CBS Network Lifestyle & Entertainment Producer Brings Extensive National Broadcast Experience and Expertise in Women's Issues to Leading Wedding Show and Website

ATLANTA, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Get Married Media, Inc., the only multi-channeled wedding planning resource with platforms online (www.GetMarried.com) and on Lifetime Television every weekday, announced today the creation of a new and integrated position, appointing Jill Meister as editor-in-chief of GetMarried.com and senior supervising producer of Get Married TV.

Meister spent nine years working for national broadcast news, including most recently as a lifestyle and entertainment producer at CBS' The Early Show where she programmed and produced hundreds of stories highlighting issues important to women - from wedding, parenting, gardening, and fitness reports to fashion, travel, technology, cooking, entertainment, and musical performance segments. Meister wrote content and managed both live and taped components of the popular morning program. Prior to CBS, Meister worked for NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw.
