Susan Blakely Joins Cast of NBC’s ‘Southland’

Golden Globe and Emmy Nominated Actress First Series Role

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., April 28 /PRNewswire/ — Susan Blakely, Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominee for her role in the groundbreaking mini-series ‘Rich Man, Poor Man,’ has just been signed by executive producers John Welles, Ann Biderman and Christopher Chulack, to join the cast of NBC’s highly acclaimed series ‘Southland.’ The deal was made by Defining Artists Agency. Ms. Blakely, who plays the role of the mother of Ben McKenzie, will first be seen in the series on Thursday, May 7.
