The DMEF's Rising Stars Awards are presented to professionals who are 40 years of age or younger for outstanding career achievements in the direct/interactive marketing field. The awards identify those who demonstrate superior leadership abilities, have a stellar reputation for "giving back" through direct or interactive marketing education, and those who mentor to support future generations in this field.
Sharp founded Sharp Analytics in 2001, which he later sold to iCrossing. Sharp now acts as the managing director of iCrossing's analytics and business intelligence practice.
