Grayling Clarifies Sao Paulo Press Release

May 8, 2009

NEW YORK, May 8 /PRNewswire/ — Grayling, a leading integrated communications firm, today clarified its earlier press release concerning its affiliate office in Sao Paulo. The earlier press release referred to the launch of a new regional office in Brazil. It should be clarified that Grayling has had an affiliate in Brazil for many years, but as part of an evolving strategy of providing broad solutions for Latin American companies, Grayling is rebranding its presence in Brazil by setting up an affiliation with a new senior consultant located at a different address. Through an affiliation with Ernest McCrary in Sao Paulo, Grayling will have a local partner to serve the Brazilian market offering a complete range of domestic as well as international services.

Nigel Kennedy, CEO of Grayling explained, “Given the growing demand for our services domestically in Brazil and the region, Grayling felt the need to provide a higher level of service. We decided to work with Ernie McCrary as an affiliate in Sao Paulo, in coordination with our Grayling offices in New York, London and other global offices, to enable companies to be more effective both domestically and globally. In this way, we can build on what we’ve already established in the region by providing more capabilities and strategic counsel. This will also serve international companies who are looking to establish more effective communications within Brazil.”
