The call center facility, created to meet the increased customer support and direct sales requirements driven by VIZIO's meteoric growth rate, will focus on products and services offered through the VIZIO.com website, including television accessories and extended warranties. The office is located at 606 Gateway Drive, Suite 200,

The facility will initially employ a staff of 25, including 5 managers, and is expected to grow to employ 45 sales agents plus management by the end of 2009. Many of the staff are former Gateway employees, whose sales and technical knowledge make them uniquely qualified to provide the level of support needed for VIZIO's range of HDTVs and electronics.
