Spriggs co-founded litigation boutique Spriggs & Hollingsworth in 1982 and has practiced in all areas of government contracts and federal claims litigation. Taylor, who has been in private practice for nearly four decades, concentrates in government contracts, complex civil litigation, construction, international commercial and trade law, antitrust, communications and technology law. Allen, Dixon, Flood and McGuane have provided government contract litigation support for Spriggs' and Taylor's significant client base.
About Spriggs
Spriggs has practiced for more than 40 years in all areas of government contracts and federal claims litigation, counseling at both the prime and subcontractor levels. He handles bid protests and claims arising under all types of contracts and has tried numerous cases involving proprietary data and trade secrets. He also has represented corporate clients in toxic tort litigation, primarily advancing claims against the government on behalf of former asbestos-containing product manufacturers.
