Spriggs & Hollingsworth Co-founder William Spriggs Leads Group of Six to Join Buchanan's Government Contracts Practice

WASHINGTON, May 20 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced today the addition of six attorneys from Spriggs & Hollingsworth -- including its co-founder William J. Spriggs -- to the firm's Government Contracts Practice. Spriggs joins as chair of the practice, where he will be joined by his long-time partner David J. Taylor. Katherine A. Allen, David B. Dixon, Kathryn V. Flood and Rachel W. McGuane will also join the practice as associates.

Spriggs co-founded litigation boutique Spriggs & Hollingsworth in 1982 and has practiced in all areas of government contracts and federal claims litigation. Taylor, who has been in private practice for nearly four decades, concentrates in government contracts, complex civil litigation, construction, international commercial and trade law, antitrust, communications and technology law. Allen, Dixon, Flood and McGuane have provided government contract litigation support for Spriggs' and Taylor's significant client base.
