He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. Mr. Silverman, former director of the NLRB's New York Regional Office and a former Acting General Counsel of the Agency, is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Labor and Employment Clinic at the Benjamin N.
