Actor Williamson signs up for ’24′ duty
Actor Mykelti Williamson has reportedly signed on to play an anti-terrorism official in the eighth season of the hit U.S. TV series 24.
The Hollywood Reporter reported Friday the actor, who played Private Benjamin Buford Bubba
Blue in Forest Gump,
will portray the head of the New York branch of the Counter Terrorist Unit.
The addition of Williamson to the 24

The seventh season of 24
concluded May 18 with lead character Jack Bauer’s life hanging in the balance.
