Datmedia Selects ViewCast Streaming Appliances for Innovative Internet TV Programming Service

Niagara Encoders to Power Easy-to-Use Datmedia DatpresenterV2 Platform

With rack-mount Niagara 2100 and portable Niagara GoStream(R) SURF appliances, Datmedia provides its customers with an easy-to-use online service for customizable live streaming and video on demand (VOD) content delivery.

With the number of on-line TV stations around the world now estimated to be passing 3,000, UK-based Datmedia, the winner of the International Webcasting Association's Best Streaming Innovation awards in 2007 and 2008, has created the DatpresenterV2 service that allows anyone with basic computer skills to create and brand their own Internet TV channel with synchronized rich media.
