Alternate Marketing Networks Reported on 2008 Financial Results at Annual Meeting

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alternate Marketing Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALTM) held its annual meeting on June 17, 2009 at its Schaumburg, Illinois office. As earlier reported, the Company had a net profit of $257,224 on sales of $18,284,237 for fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. The unaudited statements were prepared and presented by management. Alternate Marketing Networks became a non-reporting company pursuant to a Form 15 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective January 2, 2004.

In addition, the Company noted that June 17, 2009 was the record date for an earlier announced cash dividend of three cents per share of the company's common stock payable on July 1, 2009 to the shareholders of record.

The Company's sole operating subsidiary, National Home Delivery, Inc., through its three divisions U.S. Suburban Press (USSPI), Custom Media Solutions (CMS) and Specialty Media Solutions (SMS), provides newspaper, online and promotional solutions to national advertisers in the United States.
