BBC wants Iowa family for reality show
A casting producer says the BBC is searching for a farm family in Iowa to take part in a reality TV series focused on two unruly teens.
Twenty Twenty Television casting producer David Cheesman said the ideal family for the British network's series World's Strictest Parents
would have teenagers of their own, The Des Moines (Iowa) Register reported Saturday.
All we're really looking for is families to be themselves,
he told the Register. If they think they've got tough love in their family, someone that thinks they can help two lost teens to sort themselves out a bit, that's great.
Interviews with Iowa families are to begin in July, Cheesman said. The family chosen to take part would be paid.
