Clifford Chance's LGBT networks were founded with an aim to encourage a culture throughout the Firm where colleagues are happy to be open and out and where role models exist. The networks provide their members, which include attorneys as well as business services staff, with a forum to discuss issues relevant to the LGBT community and the opportunity to meet other LGBT individuals from their respective offices. The networks are engaged in a number of activities including pro bono legal work and sponsorship for the LGBT community and charitable organizations such as the New York City Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project and Lambda Legal, assisting with
