Previously, Marquette Group stored customer and prospect information in separate databases causing sales representatives to duplicate efforts and increase the potential for error resulting in lost revenue opportunities. As a result, Marquette Group decided it needed a new software solution to better meet internal and external customer needs and to make a positive impact on profitability.
After a thorough review, Marquette Group selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM to replace an existing SalesLogix implementation. "We were looking for a product that would enable us to combine all of our separate databases into a single, effective, and easy-to-use solution," said
