DiBernardo & Associates Announces Media and Entertainment Divisions With Focus on New Media and Quality Entertainment, Acquires Publishing Company, Appoints Executives

NEW YORK, July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- DiBernardo & Associates today announced the introduction of two media and entertainment divisions: Trapeze Publications, a company recently acquired by DiBernardo & Associates that will soon be launching several new media Web publications, and Heir Entertainment, a DiBernardo & Associates company that will begin to become involved in film and music production in FY 2009. DiBernardo & Associates has appointed its Chairman & CEO, Brandon DiBernardo, to serve as Editor-in-Chief of Trapeze Publications and as Interim CEO of Heir Entertainment. Additionally, the company has appointed Mallory Osborn as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Advertising Group for DiBernardo & Associates and all of its subsidiaries and other ventures.
