Live Theatrical Readings of L. Ron Hubbard Stories Become Part of Starline Tours of Hollywood's Popular Destinations

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Weekly live theatrical readings of pulp fiction stories written by L. Ron Hubbard and performed by top actors at the Golden Age Theater in Hollywood have been included as part of the entertainment offerings by Starline Tours of Hollywood. It was announced today by Author Services, Inc., Hubbard's literary agency and site of the theater.

"We wanted to couple the entertainment value of L. Ron Hubbard's stories performed Saturday nights with the top provider of Hollywood attractions, Starline Tours," said Joni Labaqui, public affairs spokesperson for Author Services. "We're a perfect match because the Golden Age Theater is located just one block west of one of Starline's most popular destinations, Grauman's Chinese, and the show is vintage Hollywood." A new promotional brochure produced by Starline showing their tour routes also provides specifics on the weekly Golden Age Theater.

CBS Radio recently awarded a 4-star rating to the live performances, calling them "Southern California's most refreshingly unique entertainment experience ... right in the heart of Tinseltown.

Upcoming readings on August 8th and 15th will be Golden Hell, one of the titles from the Stories from the Golden Age fiction series, a line of 80 books and audiobooks containing 153 stories written by Hubbard in the 1930s and '40s being published by Galaxy Press. The performance will be preceded by at least one musical act and conclude with a dessert buffet.
