Tom Sizemore arrested on violence charge
Actor Tom Sizemore was arrested in Los Angeles on a domestic violence charge, the police department said.
Officers said they received the domestic violence call Wednesday evening, the Los Angeles Times reported Thursday.
Bail for Sizemore, who starred in blockbusters Saving Private Ryan,
Natural Born Killers
and Black Hawk Down,
was set at $20,000.
Wednesday’s incident is the latest run-in Sizemore has had with police.
In August 2003 he was convicted of misdemeanor charges of physically abusing and harassing his ex-girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss, the former Hollywood Madam.
He failed a court-ordered drug test in 2005 after he was caught trying to use a prosthetic penis to beat the urine test. In June 2007, Sizemore was sentenced to 16 months in prison for violating probation stemming from a 2006 drug possession charge.
