Six Flags show canceled after crash
A concert at Six Flags St. Louis was canceled Saturday after the performing group's tour bus was involved in a car crash, a St. Louis newspaper reported.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported a tour bus carrying the Christian rock band MercyMe was struck by a car in Fort Wayne, Ind., early Saturday. The crash left two people dead and MercyMe members shaken but not injured.
The two victims of the Indiana accident were a man and a woman traveling in the vehicle that struck the tour bus. Their identities were not reported.
The female driver of the car involved in the crash was transported to a nearby hospital.
The driver, whose identity was also not reported, was in critical condition following the accident.
The Post-Dispatch said MercyMe will make up the sold-out concert on Sept. 5.
