Remainder of ‘Mermaid’ run sold out
The final 16 Broadway performances of Disney’s
The Little Mermaid stage musical are sold out, show representatives said Tuesday.
Cancellations and day-of standing room tickets are currently the only means of seeing the musical for those who haven’t already secured their seats.
Lines are to form at Manhattan’s Lunt-Fontanne box office for cancellations; $26.50 standing room locations are sold only on the day of the performance, in-person at the box office through Aug. 30.
The Little Mermaid began its Broadway run at the Lunt-Fontanne Nov. 3, 2007. Its representatives said the national tour of the musical is slated to begin in fall 2010 and the title is on track to have a number of international productions, as well.
