Smirnoff, Chmerkovskiy break up

Karina Smirnoff’s publicist says the Ukrainian-born dancer has broken off her engagement to fellow dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
I can confirm that this is true,
Smirnoff’s representative told People magazine, without offering any further details about the split.
The Dancing with the Stars
and Burn the Floor
co-stars dated for about a year and announced their engagement last December.
Smirnoff previously dated actor and DWTS
contestant Mario Lopez.
