ESP Hires Richard Tallman as Senior Vice President, Business Development

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ — Engineering Support Personnel (ESP) announced today that they have added Richard Tallman to their already strong Management team as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Richard will be responsible for all aspects of Business Development and will aid in the development of strategic marketing plans going forward. “I am excited about the possibilities that Richard brings to our team,” said Mike Roberts, ESP’s CEO. “ESP is already on a strong path to achieve rapid growth and excellent program performance. Richard has an extensive background in Government contracting, both in Business Development and Operational Program Management. Richard has over 25 years of Business Development experience with companies in the Government sector to include; ARINC, DynCorp, Brown & Root and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Most recently Richard was the Director of Capture Management for the TASC Division of Northrop Grumman Corporation.
