European Racing Entertainment Coming to America’s Richest Funland
ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ — Entrepreneurs Jack and Barry Smith are bringing a new racing entertainment venue to Orlando’s Entertainment District. Grand Prix Orlando, located on the corner of International Drive and Kirkman Road, will present an all-new entertainment option for thrill-seekers looking for new and fun things to do.
Jack Smith, President and Co-Founder, explains, “We are offering a real racing experience, high speeds and fast turns, with a kart that goes ‘zero to 40′ in just three seconds. Come alone or bring your friends; either way, it is unlike any ride you’ve ever experienced.”
In addition to its high-speed, European-style karts, Grand Prix will offer helicopter rides, arcade games, merchandise, food and beverages. Grand Prix intends to be actively involved in the community, offering league racing and hosting charitable events.
“Although we are located in the tourist capital of the world, we are strongly dedicated to our Orlando residents who make our city so great!” concluded Jack Smith.
Still in the process of acquiring funding for the business, Jack and Barry eagerly anticipate a Grand Opening in early spring 2010 and invite all Orlando residents to come out and join them on the race track.
