At 18, he left his home town of New Orleans headed for NYC to pursue his musical dream. Within just a few short years, Harry Connick Jr. had created and released albums with major record labels. Harry Connick Jr. wrote the score to the 1989 hit movie, “When Harry Met Sally.” The success of this film led Connick to his first multi-platinum album.
