Jerri Manthey Villainess Survivor Stars in ‘Mr. Lucke’ DVD just released on Amazon

The young actress starred in a beautifully shot French New Wave meets MTV independent film before the Survivor infamy or the exposure in Playboy magazine. Jerri Manthey used her master skills of manipulation to make the photographer in this fictional tale of love at first sight, drop everything to chase her through the streets of Los Angeles in a glossy game of cat and mouse. Mr. Lucke (pronounced Mr. Lucky), written and directed by Charles Unger, has gotten amazing coverage in the press due to Jerri’s instant celebrity as the bad girl of Survivor Season 2. Mr. Lucke is about a young photographer George (Marc Robinson) who is forced to choose between a high paying job and his desire for beautiful women. On the way to a very important interview he bumps into Lana (Jerri Manthey), a beautiful model from New York, and develops an overwhelming urge to capture the heart of this exotic beauty. He chases her through the streets and freeways of Los Angeles and the pursuit turns into a metaphor for how relationships first begin. After a lot of game playing she finally agrees to spend the day with him. However, their first date gets cut short when they bump into Ben, George’s photography agent. Ben instructs George to return to the job interview or find a new agent, and the couple is forced to split up. Lana goes to the airport and George goes back to the interview. However George decides to blow off the interview a second time and races to the airport when he realizes, through a vision, that Lana is the girl of his dreams.
