This Friday’s ‘Inside MMA’ on HDNet Greg Nelson Spills the Latest on Brock Lesnar

And finally, Mark Dacascos – “The Chairman” of Iron Chef America on the Food Network, will give pointers on proper nutrition for MMA fighters. Dascascos is also an actor, who has trained in many styles of martial arts.
