David Shostac and Song of Angels Flute Orchestra to Celebrate Their New Release of Vivaldi Flute Concertos via Live Concert on June 13

LOS ANGELES, May 26 /PRNewswire/ — Classical music lovers from across Southern California will be marking their calendars for the second Sunday of June. That’s when internationally acclaimed flute soloist David Shostac, along with the one-of-a kind Song of Angels Flute Orchestra, will premiere their brand new CD release of Vivaldi Flute Concertos. This ground-breaking performance will be conducted by Andrew Shulman, principal cellist with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra.

               Williams' Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis, Mahler's

Song of the Angels Flute Orchestra, founded and directed by Frederick Staff, is a Los Angeles-based flute choir dedicated to bringing joy to others through beautiful music. A particularly unique feature of this flute choir is its full use of the lowest members of the flute family – the contrabass, sub/f-bass and double contrabass flutes.
