Will Beyoncé’s Next Single Be a Lullaby? Pregnancy Rumors Get the Mobile Vote

October 22, 2010

Mobile polls and social network sites are abuzz with the latest Beyoncé pregnancy rumors. Members of North America’s largest premium text message service, Predicto.com, weigh in on a growing trend that has Hollywood mommies-to-be keeping their baby bumps under wraps.

New York, NY (PRWEB) October 21, 2010

Once again the world is taking a pregnant pause, awaiting confirmation that Beyoncé and Jay Z are expecting their first child. Given that Ms. Knowles seems to be at the center of baby talk every six months or so, will this turn out to be mere conjecture once again, or is the stork really on its way this time? Reported as true by “Us” magazine, yet denied by Beyoncé’s mom, this time the rumor seems to have legs. At the largest premium mobile service, Predicto.com, 67% of members think Beyoncé really is with child and are convinced that by this time next year, the glamorous pop star will be on diaper duty.

The public goes gaga whenever reports surface that a favorite celeb is expecting. However, it seems to be the growing trend in Hollywood to deny pregnancy rumors even when a baby bump is clearly evident. Mariah Carey has denied rumors for months, but has suspiciously traded in her signature curve-hugging clothing for more oversized, flowing garments – which at the very least, keeps fans wondering. Perhaps the diva is keeping mum about becoming a mom so as not to jinx anything. In August she released a statement saying, “I appreciate everyone’s well wishes, but I am very superstitious. When the time is right, everyone will know.”

Recent rumors have also circulated about Rachel Zoe, with sources close to her even divulging that the stylist to the stars is expecting a boy. However, “People” reports that when she was asked to address the issue at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund fashion show, she simply replied, “I’m feeling great,” then opened her blazer to reveal a flat stomach. Nevertheless, one guest who sat near her at the event noted: “Everyone was drinking champagne at her table but her.”

So who else has us on baby watch these days? It’s no secret that Bethenny Frankel of “Real Housewives” fame is thinking about having another child. While she was content after giving birth to daughter Brynn in May, she has been very vocal about how badly her husband, businessman Jason Hoppy wants to add another little one to their family. According to Predicto Mobile reports, 62% polled are convinced that in the next month Bethenny will announce that she is expecting a new bundle of joy.

Former Playmate/”Girls Next Door” Kendra Wilkinson is another new mom who has repeatedly expressed a desire to have another baby with hubby, NFL player Hank Baskett. Though she has said she would ideally like to wait until summer to get pregnant again, 68% of mobile voters predict Kendra will be decorating another nursery a lot sooner than that.

One story tabloids never tire of is when famously single Jennifer Aniston will become a parent. She played a single mother in her recent movie “The Switch,” so will she become one in real life too? 66% of Aniston’s “friends” at Predicto say “yes”, and think we’ll hear about it by the end of this month!

While baby bumps in Hollywood remain the subject of speculation, one thing’s for sure–the rumors themselves aren’t going away anytime soon.
