WHISTLER BLACKCOMB HOLDINGS INC. BOARD DECLARES FIRST PAYMENT OF REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

WHISTLER, BC, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ – Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB)
announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its first
quarterly pro-rata dividend of $0.14 per share payable on January 28,
2011
to holders of common shares of record on January 24, 2011. This
pro-rata dividend covers the period from the date of acquisition of
Whistler Blackcomb on November 9, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and is
equivalent to $0.24 per share for the full quarter.
