INVISION, Inc. Adds Seasoned Media Executives to Team Launching Industry’s Most Advanced Integrated Sales and Traffic System

NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — INVISION, Inc., the leading provider of advertising planning and sales solutions to the media industry, today announced the addition of three experienced executives from Turner Broadcasting, VCI Solutions, and The Weather Channel to join the team launching its new DealMaker/Crossroad — or “DMC” — platform for integrated ad sales and commercial operations in the second half of this year.

Charlane Hemphill and Marcy Vincent have joined INVISION’s product management team for the DMC platform as, respectively, Senior Director of Product Management and Senior Product Owner. Hemphill joins INVISION from Turner Broadcasting, where she managed the Turner team that implemented Crossroad. Vincent is transferring from INVISION’s DealMaker product team, bringing her extensive knowledge of the DealMaker system and prior experience managing the ad sales and traffic systems for The Weather Channel.

With the additions of Hemphill and Vincent, INVISION’s product management team has deep experience in designing integrated sales and traffic systems. Hemphill and Vincent will work closely with Jennifer New, Vice President of Product Management. New joined INVISION in May of last year and is herself one of the industry’s leading experts on the development and implementation of integrated systems for sales and commercial operations, with broad experience at Management Science Associates and Sintec Media.

Linda Hodgkins has joined INVISION’s client services organization as Account Director leading implementation for the DMC Platform. Hodgkins joins INVISION from VCI Solutions, where she managed VCI’s major accounts, and has a long history in commercial operations with previous experience at Broadway Systems, Columbine JDS and eMadison. Hodgkins will report to Ashley Barretto, INVISION’s Senior Vice President for Client Services. INVISION’s world-class client services team provides streamlined implementations, ongoing quality support and account management adapted to each client’s needs.

Linda Hodgkins has a deep commercial operations experience at a range of leading companies. Prior to joining INVISION, Hodgkins was Director of Professional Services at VCI Solutions, where she managed the company’s major accounts using the Orion Business System software. Before VCI Solutions, Hodgkins held senior positions at Columbine JDS, eMadison, Broadway Systems, and Donovan Data Systems. At those companies Hodgkins was responsible for managing complex projects, working with emerging technologies, undertaking gap analysis and site evaluations, working on product direction, and providing both pre-sales and post-implementation support.

Marcy Vincent brings over fifteen years experience having worked on the buying and selling sides of the media industry. Prior to joining INVISION, Vincent was Manager, Sales Systems for The Weather Channel, where she was responsible for managing the company’s ad sales and traffic systems for more than eight years. At The Weather Channel, Vincent modeled business processes, facilitated discussions with the business users, wrote detailed business requirements and use cases, facilitated walkthroughs of the detailed business requirements and use cases, and performed functional tests. Prior to The Weather Channel, Vincent was an account executive at the J Walter Thompson ad agency.
