NEW YORK, April 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Castello® Blue Cheese is pleased to announce their sponsorship of this year’s Bravo’s Top Chef: The Tour. As previously announced by Bravo, the 20-city tour begins April 15th at Soulard Farmer’s Market in St. Louis, Missouri and will feature an interactive cook-off between two former Top Chef contestants. Each cooking “battle” will take place in front of a select group of Top Chef fans and a panel of local judges. Castello® Blue Cheese will be at each tour stop to meet and greet fans and offer samplings of its award-winning cheeses.

The event is free for fans to come and meet their favorite Top Chef contestants whom they have come to know throughout the many seasons of the Emmy® Award winning show. In select markets, fans will also be able to sit at Judges’ Table to rate the Top Chef contestants’ dishes. The 20+-city tour will also have a variety of on-site activities and opportunities to meet with Castello(®) Blue Cheese representatives and receive free samples.
