African Cats Movie Captivates Audience On Earth Day

Disney's African Cats movie was a great experience to help add to the allure of Earth Day.

The movie captivates you with its stunning videography and storyline.  As the movie progresses it draws you in to the lives of these animals.

African Cats is packed full of drama, suspense, and the heartwarming appeal of Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve.

The movie tells a story of two cat families who strive to raise their cubs and maintain their ground against predators, hunger and environmental events.

With the narration of Samuel L. Jackson, Disney has truly helped make this Earth Day special by making this film.

The movie was completely filmed in the wild, and the stories featured are all true.

The Mara Conservancy was established in 2001, and according to its site it has helped stop poaching in the Mara Triangle and the surrounding area.  It has accomplished many other achievements as well, such as "encouraging community projects and reward schemes for co-habiting with wildlife."

The tale of this beautiful land laid out for us by Disney helps draw you into the lives of these cats.  It brings the wildness of Africa to a new dimension for us.
