CA Legal Expert Says Despite Legal Wrangling, Result Is Appropriate

LOS ANGELES, June 23, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Today, the Supreme Court denied Howard K. Stern and his army of attorneys representing the estate of Anna Nicole Smith in their request to overturn the carefully crafted and appropriately executed will of Texas businessman J. Howard Marshall II in the case of Stern v. Marshall. The High Court’s decision upholds the original Texas probate court which found that Marshall’s son, E. Pierce Marshall, is the rightful heir to the Marshall estate. Former prosecutor and private attorney Janice Brenman is a frequent commentator on the case.
