NEW YORK, July 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — meemo LLC, the Virtual Goods marketing, licensing and distribution company, has formalized a partnership with bebo, the social media network, to offer its 7 million active users a line of Virtual Goods from TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON the latest hit movie from the worldwide entertainment franchise. The partnership is fresh off the heels of meemo’s announcement last month at the Licensing Show of their Digital Goods license with Hasbro, bringing the TRANSFORMERS brand into global channels of digital distribution. The announcement was made jointly today by Steve Sterling and Jed Corenthal, co-founders of meemo LLC and Kevin Bachus of bebo.
